Projects will not start until a contract is signed by all parties involved.
Order fulfillment varies upon the type of project, and any deadlines we may agree to.
Typically, the standard amount of time it takes to complete a project is 2-3 weeks for smaller projects, and 4-8 weeks for larger projects. Time will differ based on your needs.
For Holidays: It is best to inquire/book me for a holiday based project before December 1st. After that time, there is no guarantee of fulfillment before Christmas.
When the order is ready and payment has been processed, you will be given the finished files, and not the files used to create the project. If such files are needed, you will be charged an additional $30. These files can include PSD's, OBJs, STL's, etc.
If you would like your custom artwork framed, please let me know as to what size you want it framed. This will require an additional fee as well as shipping costs. Fee & shipping are determined by cost of materials and shipping speed. Size of the frame will depend on the dimensions of the artwork. Typically, it is as small as an 8x10 and as large as 24x36. Please allow for an additional 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping.
All artwork will require a 50% deposit.
All payments will be invoiced via Paypal.
No suggestive or sexually explicit, hateful, or racist designs please.

No fan art or art from Google, or other artists. I will not duplicate or copy another artists work.
If your planning to submit to me your own photos, they MUST be HI-RES images. In other words, I cannot take photos from your Facebook page. This is because Facebook reduces the quality of the image. If you're unsure, just email me and I'll let you know if its usable.
I reserve the right to post the finished product on my blog, portfolio, and social media pages.
Any custom character artwork I create for you, is for your personal use only. It is not up for resale be it on t-shirts, websites, or any where else. For graphic design projects (such as flyers and mixtapes), they are to be used for the intended creation. Thus, any artwork on a flyer must be used for the flyer only, and nothing else.
Source Files: Since most of what I do is 3D art, I retain the source files used to create your design. At the end of the contract, only the final image(s) will be passed over to you. If you absolutely must have the source files, they can be provided to you for a fee.
